Spool Error
Print errors or spool errors are basically caused if there is an issue with your printer driver, a third party driver or program being loaded, there are issues with your system files or your system contains data errors. To avoid spool errors, here are a few tips and tricks that can take care of printer malfunctioning:
- Switch your printer ON before using it.
- Before giving the print command, check to see if the toner cartridge is empty or low.
- Check that your printer is properly connected with your computer and the network on which you want it to stay.
- Ensure that your paper tray is never empty and your printer head is neat and tidy
- Check that the printer port is configured correctly in your computer’s BIOS set up.
- In case of a laser printer, replace the toner drum regularly at least one in a year.
